Their knowledge, experience, personal style, maturity, ambitions, learning and creating is amplified through action. It is a method of consultation that supports clients to create positive changes in their lives and the lives of others. 

Life coaching is a practice that aims of helping clients determine and achieve personal goals.

Life coaches use multiple methods that will help clients with the process of setting and reaching goals.
